Carpet & Vinyl

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service provided by everyone at Steve’s Carpet.
Steve himself offered a free measurement of all rooms to ensure all correct, I told Steve what I wanted and he was able to advise me and keep it within budget. Amy was very helpful in helping me pick the flooring and helped me put my vision together. I was back and forth with my choices but she remained patient and offered some useful advice.
I had the pleasure of having Andy to lay my upstairs carpets and Darren to lay my downstairs LVT.
I also had Kevin to lay some lino in my old rental. All the fitters did an absolutely fantastic job.
I will 100% be back in the near future.

2nd Phase 16th Nov
We have now completed the second phase of flooring with the help of Steve's Carpets. Once again Amy has been exceptional in Arranging samples, pricing and scheduling for firstly Andy to lay the same carpeting in our living area and Darren to return to lay boards and then fit out the dining area with LVT albeit a slighty different colour, we have added the images below to show the quality of the product and laying of the flooring.
Thanks again you guys for a first class job.

1st phase
We have just had our hall stairs and landing carpeted, we opted for a runner down the first flight of stairs. We had LVT flooring installed all through the downstairs hallway and sun room in herringbone. Amy who we first spoke too manages the shop with Steve, she arranged the estimator, handled providing samples and talked us through our options on type and style of flooring as well as pricing the whole project, Amy is knowledgeable, patient and professional with everything she arranged for us. Even when there was an issue they were patient and listened and acted without question replacing the first choice we went with on the upper floors and stairs. The LVT fitter screeded the ground floor so it looked like glass before fitting the LVT in Herringbone and did a first class job in no time at all. We are looking to have LVT in our kitchen dining room and further replacement carpets in other rooms which we will have no hesitation in asking this brilliant firm to complete. Steve's are in our opinion the ones to entrust your flooring too.
Thanks for everything you guys we really appreciate everything you've done so far.

I can’t recommend Steve’s carpets enough . Amy from start to finish absolutely brilliant her customer service amazing which is hard too find these days . Over 30 years in my house I’ve had plenty carpets fitted but none fitted to the perfection that Andy fitted for me yesterday his quality of workmanship is second to none . He’s very hard working and was very respectful of my home . Cleaned up after himself. A massive thank you to Amy and Andy five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From start to finish. I will not be going anywhere else in future only to Steve’s carpets and Andy will always be my carpet fitter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One very happy customer
